We want you to love your results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Medik8 purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for return eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number using your order details.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package the items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior or included on a slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship to Medik8

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
